This website is operated by Além Archive. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Além Archive. We offer this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.

By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”). These Terms apply to all users of the site. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

Section 1 – Product Availability & Information

All descriptions of products, specifications, and pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion.

Because our drops consist of highly limited pieces, we cannot guarantee that all items are available at the time of your order. Indications regarding availability and delivery times are non-binding estimates and can change at any time. If an item is sold out after your purchase, we reserve the right to cancel your order and will issue a full refund immediately.

Section 2 – Prices & Payments

All prices listed on our shop are final prices stated net in Swiss Francs (CHF). Prices include Swiss Value-Added Tax (VAT) where applicable, but exclude shipping costs.

Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed during the checkout process before you finalize your purchase. The products remain the sole property of Além Archive until full payment has been received.

Section 3 – Conclusion of Contract

The display of products and prices on this website constitutes a non-binding online catalog, not a legally binding offer.

By completing the checkout process and clicking the purchase button, you place a binding order for the items in your cart. Directly after submitting your order, you will receive an automatic email confirming the receipt of your order. A binding contract is concluded as soon as your payment is processed and your order is confirmed.

Section 4 – Shipping & Delivery

We ship our items via Swiss Post or trusted courier services to the address provided by you during checkout.

Our standard delivery time within Switzerland is 2–5 business days. Please note that all stated delivery dates and timeframes are non-binding guidelines. We are entitled to make partial deliveries if necessary, at no extra cost to you.

Section 5 – Defects & Duty of Inspection

You are required to inspect the delivered goods immediately upon receipt. Any evident defects, transport damages, or incorrect deliveries must be reported to us within 14 days of delivery.

Please contact us immediately at shop@alem-archive.com with photos of the issue and your order number. If a defect is verified, we will provide a replacement or a full refund at our discretion. Regular wear and tear or damages caused by improper handling (e.g., ignoring care instructions) are excluded from any warranty.

Section 6 – Returns & Refunds

Our return policy allows you to return items within 14 days of receipt. Due to the highly limited nature of our drops, direct size exchanges cannot be guaranteed. For full details on conditions and return instructions, please review our separate Return & Refund Policy.

Section 7 – Limitation of Liability

Além Archive excludes any liability, regardless of its legal basis, for damages resulting from the use of this website, minor negligence, or indirect consequential damages (such as lost profits or lost data), except where mandatory Swiss law dictates otherwise (such as gross negligence or unlawful intent).

Section 8 – Data Protection

We value your privacy. All personal data collected during your purchase is processed securely and strictly in accordance with Swiss data protection laws and our Privacy Policy. Your data will only be shared with third parties (such as our logistics partners) to the extent necessary to fulfill your order.

Section 9 – Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed exclusively in accordance with the laws of Switzerland. The UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) is explicitly excluded. The place of jurisdiction is Switzerland.
