Cancellation policy

ALÉM ARCHIVE – RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We want you to love your pieces. If something isn't right, you can return your items within 14 days of receiving your order.

1. RETURN CONDITIONS

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the exact same condition that you received it:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and unused.

  • Free from any stains, odors (like perfume or smoke), or pet hair.

  • In its original packaging with all tags still attached.

Note: We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.

2. EXCHANGES (LIMITED STOCK REALITY)

Because our drops are highly limited and pieces sell out fast, we cannot guarantee direct size exchanges. If you need a different size, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired size (if it is still available online).

3. HOW TO START A RETURN

  1. Send an email to shop@alem-archive.com with your order number and the reason for your return.

  2. We will provide you with the return shipping address.

  3. Pack your items securely and send them back to us.

4. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

As a small independent label, we do not cover the cost of return shipping. Customers are responsible for the return shipping fees. We highly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot issue a refund for items that get lost in transit.

5. REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email notification. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
